#352 Kecleon - Based on a chameleon, Kecleon can change its color to match its surroundings, which can make it difficult to find. However, it cannot change the color of the zigzag stripe about its midsection. Additionally, though it can freely change its color, only green, purple and yellow variants of Kecleon have been seen.

CAN SOMEONE PLEASE EXPLAIN *screams*
There is nothing about the manga, unfortunately.
First we have kinda poetic paragraph about rice fields, summer colours and how Hoshino liked studying there.
Then she writes that it’s been 15 years since graduation and then she wonders whether she’s changed, she quotes her Sensei–she asked him and he said that ‘As usual she was on the rice fields’ (something like that).
Then she writes how thankful she is that even though, while growing up she changed her surroundings/locality a lot, they (the school/teachers I believe) have been there unchanged (for her/for students).
She says that this school she graduated from is irreplaceable (why is there a kanji for a willow 楊, kill me for I don’t know)/she would never change it. And the last bits: some thank yous, some congratulations on 20th anniversary, “don’t ever change Akira! (I think by 明中 she means Akira publisher – like a school/local newspaper). The end.”
I guess that’s it(it’s just a quick translation, don’t hit me), please correct me if I’m wrong.
KANDA’S SURNAME MEANS RICE FIELDS, DOESN’T IT??
